knitting in moscow

this is a very bad picture taken of my current work in progress... bad light, unfortunately, so you can't really see the steel colour of the wool. bought it in laurie's shop in lyon.



should become a lovely pair of knee-high socks to wear with my ski knickers (as in the picture below, of a random guy from the internet. next time i might try patterened socks, like his) when we go cross country skiing in norway next week.
