eh oui a few days in gay pari last week, lovely to see friends and discover wool shops. hanna here's a pic for you:

as per hanna's request, an update...

quite a busy week, thought i would summarise what has happened since my last post:

- celebrated nic and alex's birthdays with lovely dinner at the princess, and a lovely cake with sparkles at home


- i have got another new hobby: POKER!!!!


- in paris this week... the themes seem to be: lovely meals with lovely friends, burning cars in the suburbs, long walks in the sunshine, sunglasses, surprise at how french the french really are, and how parisian paris really is!

- mandy and i found a pretty cool wool shop (picture for you next time, hanna!) in the marais on sunday, my mission is to go back there before i go back to london... in the meantime i have been exploring the mercerie departments at printemps and galeries lafayette (got some ecru kid mohair today, will give a lace scarf a try...)
