yeah the backwaters were cr@p, we only went for a couple of hours and i almost fell asleep on the boat... the girl outside the butcher's (at the top of portobello road) is my swedish friend, mikaela. i love the pink light from the shop. very crude and raw, yet pretty. will post more pics of my new home soon. good to see yours of jamaica.
